The customer service is consistently efficient, excellent atmosphere, very welcoming staff members. Will eat here again when I arrive here.

Beautiful place they have a small restaurant the food was good service was great. The small gift shop has lots of beautiful things there is something for all budgets. No pets allowed. The bathrooms were clean. The only thing I wish they would put on the trails is misters it was really hot. Go comfortable and wear walking shoes. A hat and sunscreen wouldnt be a bad idea especially for young children. Will visit again on one of there events which they provide you with at the entrance and the dates.

I love this place! They provide first-cleass meals, they have a rich menu, The chef in that restaurant is a real authority in the kitchen, I like very much eating all their dishes. The food is always of high qualtity, the attitude towards the clients is nice. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. Highly recommended.

Really good food

Drove 1 hour to bring mom for her birthday, wanted to have lunch at restaurant and visit the gardens. When we arrived there was a terrible storm, there was going to be rain pretty much all day. We asked if we could just go and eat at restaurant and they said they would still charge us $15 per person just to sit and eat. We disagreed and said how can you charge $60 (4ppl) just to sit at your restaurant. They were extremely rude and said that was their policy. They didn’t care at all to deny entrance to restaurant although we were all wet and hungry. We were standing outside waiting for rain to calm a little so we can run to our car since I was with my toddler. The lady came outside and rudely told us we couldn’t stand there, we were blocking the entrance. We ended up going to eat somewhere else. I don’t feel like going back ever after being treated that way! Terrible customer service!!!!

The bento boxes are 😤

At first I was upset because a meal for 4 cost us almost $100 but once we got our food we were very happy. We all got bento boxes, which have a little bit of everything from the menu. The food was so good. Perfectly seasoned and cooked, good quantity. We were so full from the one box. The employees were pretty nice too.

Service is good, clean, but food is not. It looks good on the picture, but it has no taste and cost an arm and a leg. Avoid at all cost. Eat across of it, there plaza with Way Beyond Bagels on Jog Road. Much better food, much more selection and quality.

Great spot in an even greater spot — the marvelous Morikami Gardens. Bento boxes are fantastic.

I come here occasionally and do like the food, especially the breaded pork with sauce. The bento boxes are also an item I often order. The service is mostly within acceptable bounds for me, usually I get good cafe service, it can get difficult when it gets very busy or in a rush but I avoid that by going earlier or later than normal meal times. I would not expect more, this is not a judgment but what I usually get at a casual Asian cafe.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We went to the Morikami museum for a birthday and grabbed a birthday lunch in the cafe. Wow. Absurd disrespect. The waiters needs a serious course on how to be a waitress. Sadly because we had more than 5 people in our party we got charged 18% for service when she deserved 10!!!!! So rude when asked about the menu. Everything was no. Completely rushed us after ignoring us for 20 minutes after we sat down!!! NEVER coming back here. stay away. Save ur money!!!!!

Beautiful, peaceful location to enjoy some delicious food. I had the seasonal cold noodles with peanut sauce and it was delicious.

Last time I was there for my anniversary we had terrible service. We were mostly ignored by the staff and it wasn’t that busy. I’m also 90% sure they stole my credit card information. Woke up the next day to $200+ of fraudulent gasoline charges on the card I used here, all made at gas stations nearby the museum. I don’t live by the museum, and this was the only transaction I made on that card in the area... pretty suspicious. Took me 5 months to get that sorted out. Museum is beautiful, stay away from the Café.

Considering the high quality of sushi offerings in the Palm Beach County area this restaurant is overpriced and the food is lousy. The museum is lovely but eat before or after you go. The reviews that say otherwise are likely paid or staff members.
